Decals and Stencils by VINYLINES

Materials

These are the Orafol films I stock for cut-to-order decals and paint stencils. Color chips below are Orafol sample sRGB values from the manufacturer’s charts (hover a chip to see R, G, B). Your screen and the finished vinyl will not match exactly — use the chips to pick a color family, not as a print match.

On Orafol’s charts the color number is written like #031; that is the same color as our item number 651-031 (line prefix + color number).

ORAMASK 811 Stencil Film

Opaque white paint-mask film for stencils. Removable, water-based adhesive made for painting — not the same as permanent decal vinyl.

Manufacturer page (Orafol Americas)

  • Applications: Paint and stain stencil on smooth, flat, rigid substrates; opaque white paint mask; gym floors; hobby and craft. Not for wet applications. Remove before baking paints that need a bake cure.
  • Thickness: 3 mil (rigid white PVC, matte)
  • Durability: Temporary paint mask — Orafol does not publish outdoor durability years. Shelf life 2 years (68°F / 50% RH).
  • Adhesive: Clear, water-based, low-tack, removable

Colors I Stock

Orafol does not publish an sRGB sample for 811. The chip below is a simple opaque white placeholder for the film I cut.

ORAMASK 813 Stencil Film

Same paint-mask idea as 811, in translucent blue so the substrate shows through for lining up. A little thicker/more rigid feel than the opaque white film — better on flat surfaces and when you need to see through the stencil.

Manufacturer page (Orafol Americas)

  • Applications: Same as ORAMASK 811, plus translucent so the substrate shows through for registration.
  • Thickness: 3 mil (translucent blue PVC, matte)
  • Durability: Temporary paint mask — Orafol does not publish outdoor durability years. Shelf life 2 years (68°F / 50% RH).
  • Adhesive: Clear, water-based, low-tack, removable

Colors I Stock

Orafol does not publish an sRGB sample for 813. The chip below is an approximate translucent blue for the film I cut — not an Orafol sRGB value.
